U21 Global, an international online graduate school, has signed an agreement with the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Indian Oil) to offer a Certificate Programme in Project Management to the employees of Indian Oil. Indian Oil will enroll over 1,000 of its employees for the programme. Executives ranging from junior to senior management from pipelines, refineries and other allied divisions of Indian Oil will undertake the 15-week long programme. They would be divided into batches of 50 per class and are expected to gain an international perspective of large-scale project management, which will further boost their strategic leadership excellence.
