ONLINE LEARNING
U21 Global, an international online graduate school, has signed an agreement with the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Indian Oil) to offer a Certificate Programme in Project Management to the employees of Indian Oil. Indian Oil will enroll over 1,000 of its employees for the programme. Executives ranging from junior to senior management from pipelines, refineries and other allied divisions of Indian Oil will undertake the 15-week long programme. They would be divided into batches of 50 per class and are expected to gain an international perspective of large-scale project management, which will further boost their strategic leadership excellence.
What is Online (Internet) Education ?
What exactly is online education? As per definition on the web, it is basically credit-granting courses or education training delivered primarily via the Internet to students at remote locations, including their homes. The Online courses may or may not be delivered synchronously. An online course may need that students and teachers meet once or periodically in a physical setting for lectures, labs, or exams, so long as the time spent in the physical setting does not exceed 25 percent of the total course time.Online education encompasses various degrees and courses. Through online education, one can opt for many online degrees or online courses from various online universities that provide this facility. On this page, we have tried to list those institutes and universities providing online learning. We have infact decided to have two sections- online education in India and online education abroad.

The MLZ strives to showcase the best of UK off campus education by promoting the concept of blended learning. It brings together students, otherwise isolated studying off campus, and builds a community of learners supported by various means including local facilitators and peer groups studies.
The MLZ houses 50 high specification networked computer terminals, with broadband Internet connectivity and audio/video conferencing facilities. Links to exhaustive library facilities and online tutor support are also provided. Access to the centre is timetabled according to the need of the programme and will provide opportunities for students to access the online study guide relevant to their course or to work on assignments.
